he looks like the blue area is also very inflamed, bu tthe photos are not terribly clear. The second photo there especially looks inflamed but it is also the most blurry photo.
Is the area inflamed like it looks?
Since you say the area is enlarging is that area inflamed?
While fur is certainly a possibility I am worried if there is inflamation.
