On the one eye the lid is somewhat swollen, not the other eye. It has a very
small bump on it about the size of a half a pea.
I did notice that area is bald, no hair. I also looked at his tounge, pads
and gums, they are pink and moist. No grey or blue or white.
I started looking at his skin through his hair and it looks as if his whole
little body is blue. His hair is very thick and fluffy and his starting to
shed.
He shows no signs of any problems.
I got him about 3 weeks ago, Rocky and his cagemate were living in a wire
cage out side in a metal shed. Never messed with at all, never had a bath, never
had their nails clipped, ears cleaned. They had no water, no bedding, and
they were being feed cat food, not sure what kind. The food had gotten wet and
was moldy too. They weighed a little over a pound when I got them. Rocky has
gained 9 0z in the 3 weeks and Rowdy has gained 5 ozs. I have been feeding
them the ferret kibble, and duck soup, along with hills canned k/d and lamb
baby food. They have been eating really well on the ferret kibble and drinking
water on their own. They have now started to play some and interact with me.
