I do not know much about this. i am currently a trainee vet nurse at uni with 5 ferts at home! some animals eat their own faeces when they have nutrient difficiency. therefore they eat there poop to try and gain more of what they are missing. i dont know if this is any help! my thoughts are with your little man! good luck.
