Subject: Update on my blue boy, Rocky

I took Rocky in, and it shocked my vet too how weird he looked. lol
Everything came back good, no lack of oxygen. He believes it is fur re-growth, plus
the fact they were so malnutrition before and are a good diet now with a daily
vitamin, that it could have caused the blue to be more dominant in looks. We
noticed that there were several bald spots on his face and on the top of his
feet, so those areas are even more blue. He does show appearance of having
previous injuries. He has a broke toe, and seems to have had an injury to his
hip area or upper thigh. Other then that he is doing really well. He has now
gained 11 oz. since I have had them, and in the last couple of days he has
learned how to play and make his little dooking noises. After everything this
poor guy has gone through, he is so sweet and responsive to affection. I feel
very blessed to have them (Rocky & Rowdy) come into my life.
Thank you everyone for your help and suggestions. This really freaked me
out. I have seen the blue on the skin before from new hair growth, but not like
that on the face. I am just glad all is well with both boys.
