As was recommended I would chack the heart and if all else fails I would try
to get him strong enough and do an abdominal exploratory. Have they ruled
out things like IBD, or intestinal Lymphoma too.

Sometimes going in surgically is the only thing left to do and often an
answer can be found. sometimes partial obstructions can do this too. Hope
you find your answer.
