I have a 7 and 1/2 year old Marshall Farms female. I noticed that she was starting to loose some fur on her neck. So off to the vet we go to check on her adnernal glands. The vet did a cbc and it came back with only 27% red cell count and 3/4 of the lymphocytes were blast cell. He done biopsies on lymph gland in neck and bone marrow thinking lymphoma. Well good news, the test were negative for lymphoma (it was a long couple of days). My question is, could adnernal glands be causing this to show up on her cbc, or do we need to look for something like an infection.
