Under Vaccine reactions it has this listed as the dose "epinephrine (20 mcg/kg IV, IM, SC, or IT)" note that when I copy and paste it the 'mcg is changed to mg" the symbol for mcg is a fancy looking "u" and I don't think the computer program recognizes it and it is changed. 20 mcg is 0.02 mg. The dose is different under cardiac arrest than when using it for anaphylaxis- the dose for cardiac arrest is nearly 10 times the dose!
Of course, only a vet should be using these meds and should double check the doses in case of typos.

The Quesenberry and Carpenter text agrees with Purcell's (but uses mg instead of mcg) so it says on page 443

I guess it would make sense to check the others for safety's sake, but usually I love that webpage personally.
