I have a 6 - 7 year old female sable ferret and I'm worried about her.

2 weeks ago, she had to have an emergency Mucole Marsupulization (sorry for
the spelling) as it had suddenly blown up and blocked her airway. After a
few days of scaring her vet and myself, she came home and was fine... up
until yesterday.

She is lethargic, has trouble with her hind legs and her appetite has
decreased. She does these minor "spasms" or shaking. If she was human, I'd
be worried about Cereberal Palsy. She is now just lying there and doesn't
really move and just sort of stares into nothing. I've tried giving her
ferretone to see if it is a blood-sugar problem but it doesn't help.

The earliest I can have her seen by my vet is the 2nd of June. In the mean
time, I was wondering if there was anything I could do to aleviate her
symptoms?

I'm hoping that it's not DIM because my sister recently came back from
vacation in Florida. I'm in Toronto, Canada. She went on vacation and came
back the same week we had the emergency procedure.

She was on Clavimox for 7 days at 0.5 cc twice a day. I've been giving her
that a little less once a day because my vet gave me a little extra.

Thank you for your time!
