Subject: I found a ferret & I need help!
Message-ID: <4149290.1117682232385.JavaMail.root@thallium.smartgroups.com>
My neighbors found a ferret. She had been abandoned by a college student that went home for the summer. I have no idea how long she was outside. She is infested with ticks! We pulled them out and burned them. I bathed her and all seemed well. I went on a shopping spree and bought everything I would need for her. Now it's been about four days and I see there are even more, smaller ticks. What do I do??? I don't really have the money for a vet right now... is there anything I can do on my own? Maybe something to bath her in or give her? Please help! We really would lke to get her better. Please email me with any info.
Thank you,
Christine
