DIPS ARE TO BE AVOIDED! Shampoo's and powders are generally safer for short
term use until one can get to a vet. BUT THEY MUST BE SAFE FOR KITTENS AND
PUPPIES! there are times when it is better to do something than nothing esp
if there are days before you can get vet attention.
