Hi,

Here, in Hungary, we use Skudo ultrasonic tick and flea repellers. They are
small enough to attach to the leash and
protect the animal and its owner in a 3 meter radius.

I don't believe in the success stories on this page, but it worked for me.
Although it doesn't give 100% protection, I've never seen any ticks or fleas
on my ferrets. It is not chemical so it is
safe to use for ferrets. Some people use it on their dogs or around in the
garden / attached to the outdoor cage to
prevent ticks from entering into the garden.
