Generally I like insects and various other "bugs" including most spiders,
but out here in the desert black widows and Arizona recluses are quite
common and something to be aware of. Today I found what I believe is a
recluse, dead, in a ferret food dish. I can only presume that the feisty
female in that cage took care of it. I will watch for any signs of a bite.
If there is a bite would there be any way to treat it on a ferret?
