My ferret got bit by a spider once. Although when my ferret got bit it wasn't a recluse or black widow. The vet told me to clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and keep neosporin on it. It healed nicely within a week. He had a little itching but nothing to severe.

I assume if it were a poisonous spider, you'd need to take it to the vet to get the antivenom. (in this case, also bring the spider so the vet can identify whether it is poisonous or not.)
