fipronil(frontline) which is a phenylpyrazoline drug used in the treatment of fleas, biting lice and tick infestations. It blocks GABA receptors to kill the parasite on contact and is a non-systemic ectoparasiticide.

this is to be stated by the company to be used on dog, cat and ferret.
