It was just an impression--I ran a search on noises while eating and read several at random. Of those I read, it seemed many had started the noises after operations, and most answers suggested ulcers or megaE. She doesn't have ulcers, so I went for the other.
I dunno, her eyes are acting up again and it may be somehow related to that. I'll try to post pics tomorrow.
