I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and kind wishes. Romeo ate some slurry and loves the hills diet from Vet. He will only eat from my hand and only drink with help from syringe. my daughter and I fed and helped him in litter box where poops were firmer. Of course we are hopeing for the best. and are going to take turns with round the clock care we work different schedules so that will help.
