I would do my best to get to a vet as soon as possible. Call the vet who se=
es exotics (that usually includes ferrets) and ask him if he or she has any=
ferret experience. Antibiotics and steroids take a bit to work, so keep th=
e faith. Do the best to keep her up and going during the weekend until you =
can get in to see a vet.
