Yes, there is a sternal lymph node. In a ferret that age with those symptoms and x-ray results, juvenile lymphoma is not the diagnosis you want to hear, but it is a real possibility.

I wouldn't jump to that conclusions just yet, so you really need to have a biopsy done.
