Someone wrote to me and said he (the human) was diagnosed with H. pylori and his vet seemed to think he could pass this on to his ferret. Probably just about every ferret has H. mustelae but I never heard of H. pylori in ferrets.
I have not been able to find anything about H. pylori in a ferret, let alone being able to transmit this from a human to a ferret. I'm not quite sure how that could happen.
Anyone ever hear of this?
