Weight does not necessarily equal good health. 1.5 lbs for a female and 2.4 lbs for a male is not abnormal. If that's normal for them, don't try to artificially pack weight on.

If they're eating/eliminating normally, healthy in all other respects and their weight has always been like it is now, it's probably just their normal physique.
