Hi,
We've had great results putting weight on ferrets with
Bob Church's Chicken Gravy. This is a very high
quality food for the little weasels, high in protein
and fat. It's probably a lot better for them than
adding cream to their diet.
While the recipe may look daunting if you use Pam
Sessoms' pressure cooker method it goes pretty quickly
and isn't hard to do at all. Pressure cookers can be
had really inexpensively at Wal Mart, Target, or
Meijers if you don't have one, and they're great for
some people food recipes as well.
