Find another vet. Sorry to be so blunt but I totally disagree. I think
surgery is your only good option, find it and either fix it or biopsy it,
using reglan if he is blocked could cause a rupture. Too many unknowns look
into other places in your area and get another opinion. Do this soon. I
would hate for it to turn out to be something fixable and you end up losing
him. Best of luck.
