Doesn't seem to be in a lot of pain? For a normally stoic critter like a ferret to cry out in pain, I'm sure it's very painful. It's morning now, so I don't know what has transpired since last night, but she obviously needs to be into the vet clinic first thing. I would not try to remove this yourself. Wow, must have been some fight.
