Although this isn't the same litter, this is a MSDS on a silica-based litter (Tidy Cats Crystals).

Acute Health Effects: From MSDS:
PRIMARY ROUTE(S) OF EXPOSURE: Inhalation, Skin, Eyes, Ingestion
HEALTH HAZARDS: Dust can be irritating to skin, eyes, and nasal passages.
Inhalation: Dust may irritate nasal passages.
Skin: Dust may be irritating.
Eyes: Dust may be irritating.
Ingestion: None known.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS GENERALLY AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE:
Existing respiratory or skin disorders may be aggravated by dust.

Chronic Health Effects:
MSDS: Prolonged and repeated exposure to free silica may result in silicosis, a form of progressive pulmonary fibrosis characterized by impairment of pulmonary function. Onset and progression are related to dust concentration and duration of exposure.

Carcinogenicity:
MSDS: Crystalline silica inhaled in the form of quartz or cristobalite from occupation sources is carcinogenic to humans (IARC, Group 1).

First Aid:
MSDS: EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air.
Skin: Wash with soap and water.
Eye: Flush eyes with plenty of water. If irritation develops, seek medical attention.
Ingestion: Unlikely to cause ill effects.
