I would be more concerned with the possibility of infection. Everyone is
different with how they react. These are prob not as bad as cat bites but
if you are that deep you may req antibiotics. I guess it depends on how
good a relationship you have with your doctor and whether or not they would
report it. In most cases they are legally obligated to. I think you should
talk so a medical professional regardless, you can start anonymously and
just ask regulation questions so you know. Otherwise call your vet and find
out what the laws regarding this are there. Best of luck to you.
