Back legs going first and then death following shortly after due to ( if
I remember correctly ) liver failure according to the autopsy. The
owners ferrets were normally fed HC rabbit but there was a heavy local
deer cull and nobody wanted the offal. I expect his ferrets were
normally kept hungry and then allowed to pig out on the offal. Chris.
