I am searching under bleeding and poison, and under anticoagulant and poison. Be aware that there are sure to be things that I miss which the poison control experts at each of the resources listed in my last post would find. Not all sites mentioned may fit; for instance one looks to be more of a neurotoxin. Time does not allow me to winnow things down or to search more widely.

Be sure also to see anticoagulant rodenticides in

Ibuprofen Ingestion in Ferrets: 43 Cases (January 1996 -March 2000) by Jill A. Richardson, DVM; Rachel A. Balabuszko, CVT ABSTRACT Objective: To summarize typical clinical signs, ...

This is a human report but it appears that rodenticides are the common venue for such poisoning of humans (Notice that with members of carnivora there are certain foods and meds which are safe for humans which also can do it.):

including:
In 2001, the American Association of Poison Control Centers reported 15,855 exposures to anticoagulant compounds. Standard warfarin accounted for < 3% of the total amount, leaving greater than 97% of exposures in the superwarfarin group. Thus, the emergence of these compounds as a source of exogenous coagulopathy in humans has become more evident in recent years.
