Subject: Amino Acids and Creatinine Levels

I was told high levels of amino acids from meat-protein diets (baby food, chicken gravy, etc - not kibble) can cause elevated creatinine levels which could result in an incorrect diagnosis of early renal disease. Does anyone know if this is true?
