Subject: Ferret with cold/runny nose?

My 6 yo female ferret has developed a runny nose and a cough at times. She
otherwise appears healthy. She has dropped a little weight but all my
ferrets are dropping a little weight and starting shed.
Should I be concerned? A trip to the vet or should I just watch her for a
few days and see what happens.
She is also mourning the lose of a cage mate as well.
