One thing I forgot: you need to know how much is given in mg, not ml, so what is the concentration of the liquid you bought? (Somewhere on it there will be something like
ml/mg
with numbers given.)
If they aren't there then look up the manufacturer's website or look for manufacturer contact info on the bottle and ask. Note dosing info in the website article given in my last post.
