I hope that it is not lympho since that tends to not be very responsive to surgery. On the other hand, there are other adrenal tumors which certainly are, so hopefully all will be lucky.
There is quite a bit of evidence now that too much light may play a major part in the development of adrenal tumors, especially in ferrets who are not whole. It's perfectly logical, too, given the effects of LH and that its production is increased in response to reduced melatonin production.Is it known for sure? No. Does increased evidence over time make it look more likely? Yes. Knowledge changes over time.
