i had one go adrenal early not once but twice by the time she was 18 months
old ! it was exactly 3 months from left to right sides. after the first one
she didn't gain any weight and her vulva stayed swollen. after her second
adrenal she developed insuloma also early! all by the time she was 2. we had
both of her adrenals removed back in 98 but didn't chance a third sugar on
her for the insuloma. she lived to be 7 years old even after all her health
problems early on in life. in fact the vet didn't think she would live past
3 but a good vet and alert parents helped her live as long good life! early
adrenal is not a death sentence at all but it does require money lots of it.
i was lucky and the right side surgery was cheaper because we had just gone
through it and the vet knew me and my entire family and gave me a discount
on it.
