I have what I thought was a simple question, until I tried to search the archives and the web for an answer.
What do steroids actually do for lymphoma (biochemically)?
I realize that they treat symptoms, and are not a cure. I know that steroids suppress the immune system, but why does that help a lymphoma patient?
I am just curious about what's going on inside my fuzzy's body.
