At our shelter in Altanta, we have a ferret that is about 6 years old (male) as very red feet, belly area, and face very painful looking. We have had this ferret in the shelter for over a year and a 1/2, in the last two week the redness has shown up ... no changes of detergent, litter, food, etc. I checked the Archives, and found some idea, but wanted to put this out to the board. Blood work was done, nothing shows up abnormal. This ferret is on an antibiotic, Amoxi, for this condition ... Didn't have any other ideas. Eating and drinking fine ... he is adrenal and insulinoma. Anyone have any ideas, ... help???

Thanks in advance,
Florence
