Hi all,

I know that many of you all have said NO to sweets when a ferret is
insulinomic. But with Bianca, I have found that jsut a touch works great.

I give her her pred first thing in the am, then she gets her slightly thinned
baby food turkey and then some ferretvite the size of a half a pea, a bit
larger than a lentil. This seems to give her energy which she does not have
otherwise.

Then at intervals throughout the day and night I give turkey and the bit of
ferretvite. She wakes me up at 3-4 am to get her turkey. She is really good at
letting me know when it is time.

Just passing thoughts.

Kathy and Bianca.
