Those are not unusual behaviors for untreated adrenal disease. This ferret needs medical care if surgical care isn't possible, please.
If the vet feels unable to do surgery on even the mast cell tumor then that particular vet isn't going to operate for the adrenal growth or the insulinoma, so you need to treat for the adrenal growth, too, instead of just for the insulinoma (and BTW there is also another med that later may help with the insulinoma).
