what happen i'm posting for another ferret mom, seeking help on what could of happen to her ferret. she checked him last night before bed and he was fine has never shown any signs of ever being ill before and has not gotten into anything. he is 2 years old and active, eats and drinks well. this morning when she went into feed and change his water he was curled up on top of his hammock as if he was sleeping only there was large amounts of red blood everywhere. the hammock was socked and it drip thru to the floor. his water dish was full of blood his body was covered in it. it looked as to have been coming out of his mouth no where else. any ideas of what this could be the ferret was dead when she found him.
