First off--I'm not a vet: :o) Are you using any flea meds such as
Revolution? If so, and if you're putting it in that area, that *may* be the
culprit. Of our four kids, one of the girls tends to lose a bit of hair in
the spot where we put the Revolution, which is right between her shoulder
blades. It always grows back, though.

Just a thought, just in case. But I would definitely have her checked out
by a vet.
