This sounds like insulinoma. You can get a general idea of what that is and how to

Every time your ferret has these "fits" he is doing damage to himself, so it's
important you follow the emergency treatment procedures from the link. There are
meds that can help. You have to find a veterinarian who's familiar with ferrets and
insulinoma. There are various treatment options, and an experienced vet can help
you decide how to treat your ferret effectively. Please don't let this go on.
