Hi Kay,
In addition to the EKG that was already suggested,
an ultrsound of her heart would be a good thing.
If there is a heart problem in addition to the slow heart
rate then other meds can be used depending on what
is actually wrong. Other meds may include pimobendan
or digoxin, benazepril or enalapril, and lasix if it is a case
of dliated cardiomyopathy.
