Lupron is not like a melatonin implant capsule. Plus, it is really supposed to be injected intramuscularly, so if he did it that way, there's no way you'd feel anything.
Even if he did inject it subcutaneously, which many find works just as well, it doesn't seem likely you'd be able to feel much since it's not a single, solid object.
