I have been informed that the APHIS/USDA edocket site is down and being wor=
ked on. They hope to have it up sometime Monday if all goes well. It only=
allows 2,000 characters, anyway, so using the postal mail (snail mail) cou=
ld be the better method for a number of people's comments.
Do not be discouraged that the edocket page is not appearing right now, ple=
ase.
