Thank you to everyone who replied both publicly and privately. She is improving but still has a ways to go. I'm finally able to get most of the Carafate dose in her by mixing it with a little bit of chicken baby food (okayed by a tech at a very busy ferret clinic but said using Pet Tinic or Ferretone would be better). She isn't being treated for Helicobacter because the ulcers are most likely stress-induced (Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Insulinoma since June).
