Hi Sharon,
I have have 2 normal ferrets right now, and one previous. My brother owns four. We both agree that this is acepptable behavior. My little ones do the same thing after being out around 40 min to a hour. I wouldn't worry if this is the only thing you notice. Remember they sleep 18 hours a day!
