I agree...my 3 ferrets play like crazy for a little bit and then they
nap...one will wake up & get the other 2 and they play some more and then
nap... you did mention outside..be sure he is not getting too hot..ferrets
cant sweat or even pant like a dog so lay flat with an open mouth could be
heat exhaustion but if nothing else is wrong I would think its normal..as
active as ferrets are they sleep even more!!
