seeking help NOW, and for national animal organizations which are trying to
coordinate with these types of groups to provide the best level of help.
Two organizations which help ferret shelters when they are dealing with unusual
burdens are Support Our Shelters, and the International Ferret Congress' Emergency
Love Fund:
