My inclination would be to seek a new vet appointment in case there is an infection that needs different meds, due to it taking off, or due to it being resistant, or due to it perhaps having one of the less common causes. Also, if there is something else going on like JL or early cardiomyopathy what did not show up a couple of weeks ago may show up now and call for a change in approach.

As Mike said, since the mg amounts are given it is impossible to know how much medication is being given, but some have potassium drops with Furosemide (and a little banana will help with that) whereas not all drink as much as they should with it and become dehydrated.
