Ok, so the lumps that i was finding in Wish are his glands (the neck, underarms, and back legs). They are enlarging. The vet told me it could be cancer that is making them grow so fast. she told me that a biopsy, and on a positive test for cancer it would come down to chemotherapy.

now, i asked her if the glands can be removed. she didn't really say much about that except that it wasn't a good idea.

Wish has insulinoma, and is 7. i need any kind of information on the removal of the glands, saftey, and the life expectancy. I do not want to treat with chemo, simply because he is already on prednisone and has very little immune system. i do NOT want to put him through pain. i am trying to find an alternative to having to go to such extreme measures with the chemo.

He is a happy boy. And i want to do everything i can to keep him from feeling pain. I am afraid i am losing this battle, so if there are any suggestions on THIS TOPIC specifically, please reply.

Thanks for your continued help.

Anna, Wish (aka Papa), Gus and Oskar.
