This ferret need to have that evaluated by a vet to make sure that it is not the beginnings of an allergic reaction to a med. Call your vet and ask for call-back to discuss to be safest. The fact that some cleared up makes that LESS likely, but it is always something to remember to ask about if a rash starts in any species that is under treatment.

There are also skin parasite or infection problems which can be more common in compromised ferrets, and my inclination is to think that you are dealing with one of those.
