Ok... first... I run a ferret shelter but I'm NOT a
vet.
My first thought was the vet should have even her some
medication to give her a boost. Our's does when we
get them in... normally a shot of antibiotics and a
pred. like stuff to help.
Have you checked her teeth? I know a stupid question
but just in case the vet missed it. If her teeth
hurt, it could be the problem.
Now, since you have her... keep feeding her like you
have been. It might be that closeness that she is
really wanting. Try offering her the soup mix in a
bowl while you are holding her. That would give her
the closeness that she may want.
Next, try putting a bowl out with her food, and
putting the soup mix on top of it. Don't fill the
bowl since you won't be able to leave it out like that
for more than an hour each time.
Hope that helps some and that others have more ideas
that I'm sure I have missed.
